We are so glad that we had Roopa, Sree and their team to help us navigate buying our home. They were everything we could have asked for as realtors. There are endless challenges to navigate while buying a home in a competitive market. Roopa and team worked with us through Wednesday night, and we put in an offer on Thursday morning in parallel for both homes (per their advise), and one of the offers got accepted. Roopa, Sree and team made sure we had the home within 24 hours of the house hitting the market, even before the Open house planned for it over the following weekend. We got our dream single family(which satisfied all our criteria) house with the help of Roopa Group. Roopa and Sree are THE BEST in the market. We got our new construction house in the peak market back in March 2022(when bidding was crazy).
